Industry Training
Enviro-Fill is committed to building capacity and helping raise the general levels of expertise within the waste and landfill management industry.
The company has developed a series of training courses covering NQF levels 1-8. Levels 1-4 have already been SETA approved. Courses are conducted by accredited training providers and are aimed at companies and municipalities. They comprise theoretical and practical components that can be taken either at Enviro-Fill training centres or at a clients' facilities. At the end of the week long course students take a written and practical exam and are awarded Course Certification. These initiatives benefit employees ranging from general landfill staff to Supervisors, Waste Managers and Environmental Officers.
Courses are available across the country and in neighbouring states and cover all aspects of industry requirements from administration and management skills to landfill techniques and safety training. Custom modules can also be structured.
